1. In the first step the users have to visit to My Account, and sign in with their new username and password.

8. In the next step the users have to select "I Already Have a High Speed Connection" and then they have to click on "View Plans."
9. After reviewing their current subscription information, they have to choose "Cancel" option at the bottom of the screen.
10. Now again they have to read the notices about the effect of canceling their AOL subscription. After reviewing they have to select a reason for canceling, and then they have to click "Cancel AOL" to permanently remove their account.

1. First Visit i.aol.com.
2. From there, on the Sign In screen, just below the Password box, click the Forgot Password? Link.to begin.
3. Now, in that field Enter your Username or your Email address in Username or Email field.

5. You have to verify that the account belongs to you and to that click one of the headings under subject on the confirmation option you choose.

3. Enter the code that you received and into Enter Code box and then click Next.
4. Now Type in your new password and click Saveand you are good to go.
